               RECIPE

•    4 1/2 Cups Sugar

•    1 Can Evaporated Milk

•    9 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (9 oz. = 1 1/2 Cups)

•    9 oz. Bitter-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Baker's Block Chocolate may be used)

•    1 Jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Cream

•    1 Tablespoon Vanilla

•    1/2 Pound Butter (Up to 3/4 Pound may be used)

•    2 Cups Walnuts

•    Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan. SET ASIDE

•    Mix sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy pot and slowly bring to a boil. Keep stirring

•    Boil for 6 minutes on Medium Heat

•    Remove from heat and mix in the remaining ingredients

•    Whip by hand or mixer until well mixed (For electric mixer- use low/medium speed)

•    Pour into greased pan and allow to cool at room temperature

•    Refrigerate overnight
