There is a photo on the dresser there in our private room;
A picture of a couple; a smiling bride and groom

A photograph in black and white, taken long ago;
But in those smiling faces, I still see a magic glow

I see the love and trust and hope... and dreams that they would share;
I see the gentle tenderness; I see the loving care

It's You there...in your wedding dress; all my dreams come true.
The preacher asks the question and you softly say "I Do."

It's Me there...standing next to You.  Yes, I'm the lucky one;
It's You and I together....and our life has just begun

How good God is!  He planned for us this long and happy life;
I love you Lois...I always will;  My Happiness...My Wife.
