What Would Happen

What would happen on a day like today 
if you looked at the sky and you heard God say:

“This is the day that I have made; You don’t need to be afraid.”

And what would happen if clouds drifted by 
and cast dark shadows across your sky?  

Would you remember the promise He made, 
or would the dark shadows make you afraid?


And what would happen when your day turned to night;
would you remember that He is your Light?

And would you hold fast to the promise He made… 

“You don’t need to be afraid.”
